20% of start-ups disappear after one year. Only 60% of companies managed to survive more than 3 years, and 30% will make it to their 10th anniversary.

Starting your own business can be very challenging.  I am here  to help you get your project from a sheet of paper to a running company.

Who are my Customers ?

My aim is to help young (and not so young) entrepreneurs who want to start their own company or their own business. 

For logistic reasons, I only operate in the Germany/Munich area.  

What can I do for you ?

I mainly do this activity because seeing people becoming entrepreneurs is a something I find great. 

My aim is to help you in the first phases of your entrepreneur’s life, i.e. during the inception of your project to the first year of life of the company. I can more particularly help you in the various following field:

  • Defining the adressable market
  • Setting up the company strategy
  • Writing the business plan
  • Designing the most efficient processes

By doing that, I believe I can help you deciding very quickly either to pursue or give-up your project. And in the case I am positive with your project, I thing I can help you to significantly increase your chance of success.

How do I do it ?

Every business and every entrepreneur is different. In order to help you succeed in your project, I will spend a significant amount of time with you to understand as good as possible your situation and what you want to achieve. I won’t provide you with a ready-made solution. Instead, we will go through intensive rounds of questions about you, the business, the industry, the financials, etc… Then I will work with you on producing the various output needed for each milestone.

I will work by your side, like a partner, and provide you with the best solution possible based on the knowledge I have gathered analysing hundreds of successful company and see how they work.

How much will it cost ?

As an entrepreneur myself I am very well aware of the cost issue for a start-up when hiring a strategy consultant. My aim is obviously to be able to help as many entrepreneurs as possible in reaching their goal. As a consequence I have set-up the following fee structure:

  • Discovery meeting (2-3h meeting to discuss all aspects of the project): € 100,- (excluding VAT) 
  • Fees afterward: € 100,- (excluding VAT) per hour of work

A typical consulting project should not be more than 10h I believe.
